Too much of a good thing
I'd normally be thrilled by thought of a manditory carb and sugar rich diet, but a day and a half into one I feel gluggy, drained or buzzing like I'm on speed. Poor Wolfie will probably put on 10kgs over the next few days.
As part of the deal, I have to eat ten out of the following 13 options each day:

As part of the deal, I have to eat ten out of the following 13 options each day:
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 small bowl cereal
- 1/2 cup cooked porridge, rice or pasta
- 1 medium potato
- 2 plain or sweet biscuits
- 1 piece of fresh fruit
- 150mls fruit juice, soft drink or cordial
- 1/2 cup canned or stewed fruit
- 300mls milk
- 1 small serve jelly or custard
- 1 scoop icecream
- 3 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 slice cake
