The trifecta
I've been tagged by the always lovely Kyra
Three Things Meme
1. Three people who make me laugh:
- My Cousin D
- The team from "Chaser's War On Everything"
- My good friend Gordon
2. Three things I can do:
- Moonwalk
- Flirt
- Wiggle my ears
3. Three things I can't do:
- Roll my tongue
- Forgive my father
- Enjoy inter-agency meetings (e.g. when a company's PR, advertising, promotions and website agencies meet to be briefed on, brainstorm or discuss a new campaign). Every one feigns friendliness, tongues clearly inserted up client's ass, silently competing with each other for budget, refusing to challenge any ridiculous creative or expectation... they go on for fucking HOURS and leave me feeling like I'm left the lamp-post, counting the bills in my garter belt
4. Three things I'm doing right now:
- Negotiating kisses with my son while he watches Thomas the Tank Engine, resting on and smelling his head
- Trying to visualise what to wear tomorrow
- Estimating how much time will pass before I can own a Zhong Cheng painting
5. Three things I want to do before I die:
- Go on an expansive trip somewhere with family or a group of good friends
- Have more babies (at least one more)
- Dance again
6. Three things I hate the most:
- Children being abused and/or taken advantage of
- Seeing kids on those horrendous dog-leash devices
- Injustices I feel powerless to help
7. Three things that scare me:
- The thought of loosing my son or Luc or someone in my family or one of my close friends
- People in political power working with churches/organised religions, they're scary enough on their own
- Young girls looking up to people like Paris Hilton, the PussyCat Dolls or women on programs like 'Wild On'. I understand there's a level of fun and empowerment when men ogle, but nevertheless feel they take women back 50-100 years
8. Three things I don't understand:
- Why my stomach is reacting so badly to chilli lately... oh the folly!
- Jogging or walking to exercse (bor-ing)
- Where all of our money goes
9. Three skills I'd like to learn:
- Ultimate powers of persuasion
- How to say the right thing in every situation, especially the hairy ones and ones that require comfort
- Something visually artistic like drawing, painting or photography
10. Three ways to describe my personality:
- Cheeky
- Extraverted
- Sensitive
11. Three things I think you should listen to:
This would change everyday, so today it's:
- "Alone in Kyoto" by Air
- "I Want You" by Eryka Badu
- "This Old Love" by Lior
12. Three things you should never listen to:
- Tony Robbins
- My Dad playing the bagpipes or the banjo
- My Dad playing the bagpipes or banjo drunk
13. Three favorite foods:
- Yum Cha followed by mango pancakes
- Anything dairy
- My desserts, especially my trife, white chocolate cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake or sticky date pudding
14. Three beverages I drink regularly:
- Juice
- Water
- Coffee
15. Three shows I watched as a kid:

D'oh! That's me! (I used to listen to Tony Robbins too!)
You sure have been! I listened to Tony Robbins years ago but only because Sophie went through an obsessive phase and I wanted to know what the hell she was talking about.
I've been meaning to comment on this for awhile, since I first saw you post it :) I totally remember watching Fraggle Rock all the time, too, and of course the Muppet Show. I completely forgot about those! Good memories.
Oh, and I'm really impressed that you can moonwalk.

April: I'll look out for beano. I'll be utterly crushed if I can't eat chilli anymore, it's a dietary staple in my house!
